Newport LDS Temple {Orange County Photographer} ~ gorgeous sunset

I had to share this image I captured the other night after shooting a wedding at the Newport Beach LDS Temple. It was an absolutely gorgeous day...just a little cloud cover as to not be too bright...as the sun was setting...the sky turned the most amazing pinkish purple...and made for an amazing back light to the temple. I hope you enjoy this beautiful image that could have only come from Heavenly Father's own canvas! I can't wait to have this in print on my wall!

Had the opportunity to be a part of this gorgeous wedding in Orange County at the Newport LDS Temple. I love doing reveals before the actual wedding time because I get to spend more time with the couple and find out more about them. Interesting fact about Rachel's dress...it was her mother's wedding dress from about 30 years earlier.

I am feeling mighty old...especially when you've have known a young person since they were like 6 and now here they are all grown up and graduating high school. Beautiful Miss Jorden has gone and grown up on me! What an amazing young woman...and I love that she is still involved in soccer, which is where we met her and her family over 11 years ago! Love her...love her family...and wish nothing but the best for her in her future. Here are a few of the favorites from her senior session... Had to have one of the whole fam bam!

What a wonderful time we had doing these engagements. I met Carissa and Dale and their precious little boy down at Dana Point Harbor where their family's boat is docked. The weather was gorgeous! It had rained almost non stop up til just a few days before...but this day, not a cloud in the sky! I'm so excited to be able to be with them in May for their wedding.
