Alexx & Brad {Wedding} - Utah Wedding Photographer

So...as I remember it ~ Utah in April means spring...
Someone forgot to tell Mother Nature!
LOL!
Went out to Utah this past week to take pictures for Alexx & Brad's wedding in American Fork/Provo and it felt more like January than April!
But snow or not, we were determined to capture the events of the day!
It turned out that there was a break in the snow storm just long enough to take a few pictures at the temple...so here's a sneek peek of their special day.













It was a great day despite whatever the weather threw at us!
Alexx was a beautiful bride...and Brad was so great with his new wife ~ so adoring and looked so handsome!
Just a side note * probably the hardest wedding so far in the fact that it was like watching one of my own kids getting married ~ there were points in the day that I was taking pictures through tears...happy tears though!
It truly was an amazing day and I am so blessed to have been able to be there to capture the beginning of their new life together.

Ginger and Brian Engagements

Did another engagement recently of an awesome couple!
Their wedding is in a couple weeks at the Newport Temple so I wanted to make sure I posted pics of the engagement...
So excited for them...can't wait for the wedding!

Elder Jacob Clark

a special little story about these scriptures that Jake is holding...his mom, Sue served a mission a few years ago...and the ward she came from in England purchased these scriptures for her. They are very special to her...and so to have a picture with her missionary son holding them...made it even more special for her




Jacob is already on his mission...serving the people in Jamaica
I wish him all the best... he is a wonderful young man
I can't wait to hear about all the great experiences he will have

Clark Family

My very dear friend Sue (who I've known for over 20 years...and was also my matron of honor) called me not so long ago...
Her oldest son Jacob was leaving on a mission in a matter of a week and the last time she had a real family picture was before her fourth child (who is now 13...LOL) was born.
Again...all these kids that I remember being babies are growing up so fast! I remember the day Sue and her husband Robert brought Jake home from the hospital! Anyway I digress down memory lane...
So we scrambled to work out our schedules and took some amazing pictures of the bunch down at the beach. It turned out to be a beautiful, sunny day!

seriously...the week I'm headed to Utah and it's snowing! Although snow pictures are b-e-a-utiful! I'm so California-ized...I don't have the wardrobe for freezing! LOL Well ready or not...here I go...and it's going to be an amazing week! Family picture sessions and an amazing wedding of two of the most amazing young people ever! Can't wait to share some pictures with you all!
